Refund policy

60-Day Refund Policy means you have 60 days after purchasing your item to request a return.

1. Simply email us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return at support@systemskin.com within 60 days of purchase. No questions asked.

2. We will provide a product return authorization and shipping instructions. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. We will notify you once we’ve received your item, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days. As easy as that!

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@systemskin.com and we will help you out.

We want to make your shopping experience risk free, that´s why you´ll get 100% product value refund, no questions asked. But we also want to avoid scams, that´s why please note that the shipping costs incurred for return are to be covered by customer. Only the items purchased through www.systemskin.com may be returned and refunded.
